• Respond to technical and functional support requests from Cegid Y2 users. • Implementation and deployment of Cegid Y2 for clients such as (D&G, LANVIN, Lime, Asia Jewellers. . . ) in collaboration with stakeholders. • Provide training to users on the effective use of Cegid Y2. • Provide L2 and L3 support and hypercare for various clients, including LANVIN, D&G, AAW, LIME, Asia Jewellery, Azza Fahmi, Fred, Chaumet, TAG and Hublot. • Contribute to the creation of support documentation and user guides. • Integrating data from various sources (1C, SAP,Mulesoft,Salesforce...) using middleware like (filezilla,Azure) to ensure we had accurate and up-to-date information for reporting and analysis. • UAT • Import and export data from various systems in synchronization with Cegid Y2. • Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex and new requests.

• ERP system configuration and monitoring. • Study of ERP users' needs and development of an action plan. • Member of the team responsible for the implementation of an ERP migration project. • Assist users in operating the Divalto ERP system. • Develop and plan the training program according to the needs of user positions. • Ensure the smooth running of the training according to the necessary means (digital support, projection, etc.). • Develop an evaluation following each training, in which the level of the recruit is tested. • Prepare an evaluation report followingthe training. • Daily monitoring of operations applied at the ERP system level, including the objective of noting handling errors to implement the necessary corrective actions. Carry out a migration between different versions of the Divalto Infinity ERP system, transitioning from version 7.3 to version 10.4, in collaboration with stakeholders.
